We're seeking a motivated individual who enjoys tackling daily challenges and testing innovative solutions.

🧰 Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Excel.
  • Cold outreach experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other client engagement platforms.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

  • Familiarity with Upwork.

💻 Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining contact databases within a CRM system.
  • Gathering contact details of potential clients based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Conducting cold outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms under management guidance.
  • Scheduling meetings with potential clients who match the ICP for further assessment.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of lead generation campaigns.
